Correcting C-0030, whose gating argument X-0038 refuted — and correcting a provenance failure in it. First the provenance: C-0030 asserted a logged null result for a wormhole-as-power-conduit search; no such search record existed, and the assertion was false. The search is now on the record as Q-0005, and its finding is unchanged: no source formulates a traversable wormhole as an engineering power conduit. Second the physics, which reverses the claim's conclusion. The requirement for a traversable wormhole is violation of the averaged null energy condition, and C-0030 treated that as one undifferentiated gate. It is two. SHORT wormholes — those joining distant points, which would permit causality violation — require ACHRONAL ANEC violation and are the ones the no-go results address. LONG wormholes do not: Maldacena, Milekhin and Popov construct a traversable wormhole in four dimensions from Einstein-Maxwell plus charged massless fermions whose negative Casimir-like energy sustains it, which does not lead to causality violations and can be embedded in the Standard Model. That is ANEC-violating matter inside effective-field-theory control, in known physics. So the honest gate is not 'does ANEC-violating matter exist' — it does — but whether the specific, stronger achronal condition can be violated, and separately whether a long wormhole could serve as an energy conduit at all, which nobody has analysed. The CEO's streaming idea therefore survives its first physics contact in a narrower and more interesting form than either the original claim or its refutation suggests.
