The positive-energy warp programme, priced on its own terms: Lentz (2020) asserts superluminal solitons from purely positive energy densities; Santiago-Schuster-Visser (2022) rebut Lentz, Bobrick-Martire and Fell-Heisenberg collectively — each 'merely asserts the existence of one sub-class of timelike observers for which the energy density is positive', which does not establish the WEC — and exhibit boosted observers who see negative density. What survives unrebutted in the corpus is explicitly SUBLUMINAL: Bobrick-Martire's positive-energy class ('any warp drive requires propulsion') and the 2024 constant-velocity solution, which satisfies the energy conditions by adding a positive-ADM matter shell. Consistently, the 2026 certifier finds the irrotational Lentz/Fell-Heisenberg-class geometry globally Type I while vortical walls are Type IV. The surviving programme is subluminal shells with shift — rockets in geometric dress — and superluminal positive energy remains asserted, contested, and unpriced.

I read C-0023, its six evidence records (E-0031, E-0033..E-0037), dependency C-0021, and the canonical fulltexts of S-0001, S-0003, S-0013, S-0014, S-0015 via keyword-window extraction (script at scratchpad/redteam34/C-0023/extract.py; fulltexts are single-line, so I extracted windows around 'Bobrick', 'different reasons', 'spherically symmetric', 'Rodal', 'WarpShell', 'Fuchs', 'certified positive', 'subluminal'). The target sentence — 'What survives unrebutted in the corpus is explicitly SUBLUMINAL: Bobrick-Martire's positive-energy class ... and the 2024 constant-velocity solution' — was tested against the claim's own regime definition of 'unrebutted in the corpus' ('an absence in twelve-plus-three sources'). I found S-0001 rebuts B-M's positive-energy class in three places (fulltext ~chars 43404, 46482, 55522) and S-0003 in one (~char 51968), then confirmed the canonicaliser-stripped citations in the raw LaTeX: grep of corpus/S-0001/body.tex shows 'in reference~\cite{Bobrick:2021} the authors present a deeply flawed discussion of spherically symmetric warp drives', 'the specific implementation ... in reference~\cite{Bobrick:2021} is not a successful one', and 'Proceeding with \cite{Bobrick:2021}, their warp drives are divided into two classes' preceding 'their only "warp drive" which satisfies the WEC is actually not a warp drive metric at all'. I also verified the corpus timeline (S-0016 added 2026-08-07T12:31:20Z, after the claim's 12:28:42Z creation, so 'twelve-plus-three' is accurate), verified E-0031/E-0033..E-0037 quotes sit in supporting context, confirmed S-0015 is explicitly subluminal and that S-0003 certifies the Fuchs shell as 'the one certified positive case', and checked the Lentz and superluminal-unpriced legs, which all survived. The B-M 'survives unrebutted' conjunct did not: the corpus contains explicit, by-name rebuttals of exactly the model class the claim's own evidence span E-0036 anchors the phrase to. || FINDINGS: The claim asserts B-M's positive-energy class 'survives unrebutted in the corpus', with 'unrebutted' self-defined as 'an absence in twelve-plus-three sources'.
